This course provides a comprehensive exploration of market analysis and forecasting within the context of real estate appraisal and GSE (Government-Sponsored Enterprise) policy requirements. segmentation, while examining how market conditions interact with highest and best use determinations. The course introduces the role of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policies in guiding appraisal-level analysis, including interpretation and application of specific policy exhibits. Participants will also learn to identify
appropriate levels of analysis based on the scope of work, understand information loss, and interpret
essential statistical tools used in market condition evaluations.
