This 3 hour course for Connecticut Real Estate Licensees consists of current real estate and fair housing legislation, licensing laws and regulations pursuant to CT Real Estate Regualtions Sec. 20-319-3(b)
Rule Change Effective Feb 4, 2026: The CT Real Estate Commission voted to allow the current mandatory course to be offered on-demand for the rest of the renewal cycle.
