Description

This course discusses the common sense responsibilities and obligations of all professionals regarding cultural competency and avoiding unconscious bias when conducting real property transactions.  It covers applicable Federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements, and provides an overview of relevant  obligations.

Everyone has biases. It is part of the human condition. This course describes the different types of biases and addresses how to recognize and overcome them.
