This course is for Connecticut Appraisers and covers Connecticut Appraisal Law.  This course is only approved for educational credit for the state of Connecticut.

As of 12/21/2022: “Until such time as you are ready to offer the new 3-hour 2022-2024 updated mandatory CT Appraisal Law w/ Supervisory/Provisional Education course to the public, the Commission has authorized the use of the prior 4-hour 2020-2022 (CT law w/supervisory/provisional education) course in the interim to ensure a smooth transition.”
