This 7-hour course is intended to meet the Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) requirement for required continuing education (CE) for real property appraisers. The AQB and state appraisal regulatory agencies require that state-credentialed appraisers must take this course as part of their CE obligation beginning January 1, 2026.
