Our Recommendation: To get the best experience  we strongly recommend using Mozilla Firefox or  Google Chrome. You can download either browser for free using the preceding links.  Apple’s Safari browser also works well. Internet Explorer is supported, though some students have reported display issues when using it. It is recommended that when using Internet Explorer you update to the newest version available.

Any website you visit is actually a composition of hundreds or even thousands of files. Even websites which are highly optimized for speed are likely to load a lot of files at any point to display the content in your browser.

Browsers try to do their part to speed up the loading process. The first time you visit a site, the browser will save pieces of the site, because the browser can display the files stored in its cache much faster than it can pull fresh files from a server. The next time you visit that site, the cached files will help cut down the page load time.

Why should we remove those saved files (Cache and Cookies) though they are helpful in faster loading of the web pages?

Many times web developers have to make updates to the files that comprise your site in order to push a change or new feature live. If a file is changed that your browser has cached, it’s going to keep serving the old, cached version of the file and you won’t see our most recent changes. This is when you may encounter browser errors like runtime error, missing information on the page, unable to load or play video content, screens that ‘freeze’ or will not move forward, the action performed doesn’t respond appropriately etc.

Clearing the Cache and Cookies in a browser helps fix these issues.

Site Registration & Course Purchases

Payment processing services for Green Mountain eLearning are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or by continuing to use the Green Mountain eLearning website, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement. As a condition of Green Mountain eLearning enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and/or your business, and you authorize the sharing of such information provided for transactional purposes related to the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Once payment is approved, the system will automatically generate email notifications containing a receipt for the purchase and information regarding accessing your eLearning account.

Refunds and Trade Policy

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected].  Once a course is completed the purchase is final and no refunds will be issued.

Terms & Conditions

We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express and Discover credit cards, or you may purchase using your PayPal account.  All orders require an email address and telephone number. We require this information to better service customer needs. 

Privacy Policy

We know how important your privacy is to you. Green Mountain eLearning does not store any payment information on our website or at our offices. All payment information is processed directly on Stripe’s servers or PayPal servers and never touches Green Mountain eLearning servers. Once payment has been processed,  data used to process it is destroyed. We never sell or share customer information. Information collected by Green Mountain eLearning allows us to: process and track your order, contact you if necessary, provide notice of regulatory changes in your profession, share valuable discounts with you, and improve our customer service.

If products are required to augment your online educational experience, we may use other companies to provide these products. We will only provide these companies with information necessary for them to perform their services.

On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose specific information upon request of certain government or law enforcement agencies, in response to a court order, or when required to do so by law, or while assisting in fraud protection or investigations. We DO NOT provide information to agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
